HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

Signing up for the Starter Set you receive 20% off and 18% off scent pods monthly. You will receive two pods of your choice every 30 days. Pods last up to 20 days. Somedays you might want to chill and others you might need an energizing scent. You can cancel orders, skip or change your scents anytime. We have a 100% happiness guarantee.
IF I SIGN UP FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION, WILL IT RENEW AUTOMATICALLY?

Yes your subscription will renew automatically and a new shipment will be sent out every 30 days. You can change scents, cancel or skip anytime.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

We manufacture our products in the U.S. with therapeutic grade essential oils sourced from around the world. You can see the countries we source our oils from on the pages for each product. You can also see the countries we sourced our plastic from there.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY DOME CRACKS OR GETS DAMAGED?

We get it phones drop. If you are on a subscription send us your damaged dome and we will send you out a new one. It’s that easy.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN & CRUELTY FREE?

Yes. 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We adore animals.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THE POD TRAY AFTER THE GEL HAS VAPORIZED?

Knock the rubberized circle into the trash bin and pop the pod tray into your recycling bin.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We have a $2.99 flat rate shipping fee on all orders.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to addresses and PO boxes across the US.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Presale packages will begin to ship mid November. We ship USPS and packages will take anywhere between 3-5 days. Feel free to connect with us hello@innrstate.com about your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not currently. We hope to open up to other countries in the future.

Where does InnrState manufacture?

Our InnrState Solo Domes and Scent Pods are designed and made responsibly in the US. We are committed to having the lowest carbon imprint on the planet, and in that aim to keep our use of petrol at a minimum.
Does InnrState pull the plastic directly from the oceans?

We have a partnership with Ocean Works a company whose sole mission is devoted to ocean conservation, and they work tirelessly to remove plastics from our oceans.
