Terms and Conditions

By participating in the InnrState Referral Program (the "Program"), you ("You" or "Referrer") may use a personalized link to share with your friends ("Referred Customers") an online coupon code they can redeem for a $10 discount on their first purchase from InnrState. To qualify for the referral discount, the Referred Customers must use your personalized referral link or enter the provided coupon code during the checkout process on the InnrState website.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), when your Referred Customer makes a qualifying purchase using your referral link or coupon code, you will earn a reward code that you can use for a $10 discount on a future purchase from InnrState. The reward code will be provided to you via email 24 hours after the completion of a qualifying purchase by your Referred Customer.

Please note that referral and reward codes are promotional in nature and have certain limitations and restrictions. The referral and reward codes can only be used in a single order and are valid for merchandise items priced over $10. Each Referred Customer can only earn you one (1) reward code, regardless of the number of purchases they make.

To receive multiple reward codes, you must introduce multiple Referred Customers who make qualifying purchases using your active personalized referral link. It is not allowed to refer yourself to earn a referral reward, and purchases by Referred Customers who share your email address, billing address, or shipping information will not qualify for a referral reward.

When sharing referral codes, you agree to inform your Referred Customers that you will receive a reward from InnrState if they make their first qualifying purchase using your link.

Referral codes shared by Referrers cannot be combined by Referred Customers, and a referral code can only be used for an individual's first purchase from InnrState. Referral and reward codes can only be redeemed for merchandise orders placed on the InnrState website. They are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for gift cards, cash, or any cash equivalent. All stacked reward codes must be used at the same time in a single transaction. Once any portion of a reward code is redeemed to make an order, any unused reward value is forfeited and will not roll over.

Eligibility to participate in the Program is limited to individuals only. The InnrState Program cannot be used by businesses or for affiliate lead generation or similar purposes, as determined in InnrState's sole discretion. The use of multiple accounts, email addresses, online identities, or aliases to circumvent the eligibility requirements and/or other limitations of these Terms is prohibited and may result in exclusion from the Program and the cancellation of all related rewards.

You should only share your personalized referral link with your personal connections and refrain from posting or promoting your referral link on InnrState's social media pages, coupon sites, or other websites created to take advantage of referral traffic. Compliance with all laws governing the transmission of email or other electronic communications is required. Bulk email distribution is prohibited, and any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited. InnrState reserves the right to deactivate any referral links distributed through unauthorized channels and to revoke all related referral and reward codes.

InnrState reserves the right to close your account and deactivate or cancel all related links, rewards, and referral codes if InnrState suspects that you (or any Referred Customer you refer to InnrState) have used or attempted to use the Program in a fraudulent or abusive manner or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

This Referral Program and these Terms are subject to modification or termination at any time without notice in InnrState's sole discretion. If the Program is terminated, all unused referral and reward codes will be revoked and forfeited at that time
